How can I track my order?

You can track your order by checking the status of your tracking number online. The number will be sent to you via email once we have created your shipping label. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping to orders in the US over $150 with shipping costs not exceeding $20.

Do you ship to Australia?

Yes! We offer $28 AUD flat-rate shipping for orders under 4 lb via USPS First Class Package International Service. Learn more in our Shipping Policy.

How do I access my account information?

To create or login to your account, click here.

From your account you can view your orders, update your personal information, and request returns / exchanges.

Who benefits from your donations?

We have donated a portion of all profits to charitable organizations supporting breast reconstruction surgeries and dog rescues. Our charitable partners are My Hope Chest and The Vanderpump Dog Foundation.

We have previously given to The Alliance in Reconstructive Surgery (AiRS), BreastReconstruction.org, and Paws for Putnam, The Jacksonville Humane Society, and SAFE Pet Rescue.

How are your products made & sourced?

Originally, most of our products were made by local seamstresses including the founders, Katie & Kieran. Many of our styles are still our original designs that can not be found anywhere else on the market.

Today, all of our products are made in the US by reputable companies. Soon, we are excited to incorporate ethical near-shore production as well.

Boobs & Barks is unique in that we are the first when it comes to fashionable, colorful, and practical matching athletic-wear and dog-wear.

What is your return / exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. Your item must be in its original condition, and you must have proof of purchase.

Exchanges must be completed as a return and re-purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
